Job Introduction
Personal Assistant - Executive Leadership Team
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team. This is a key role that helps ensure the smooth running of leadership operations, enabling the team to work effectively and productively. You’ll bring a strong focus on efficiency, discretion, and professional administration.
You’ll work closely with the Governance and Impact Manager, Governance Officer, and other senior colleagues to coordinate diaries, meetings, communications, and projects. You’ll also support key business processes including recruitment, reporting, and events.
Location: Bristol - Head Office/ Hybrid
Hours: Full-time/Part-time - 25 - 30 Hours
Salary: Up to £30,000 - Pro Rata - Depending On Experience
What you’ll be doing
Managing diaries, booking meetings, and coordinating schedules
Organising travel and accommodation, and supporting expense claims
Handling calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
Preparing agendas, minutes, and meeting packs
Supporting recruitment and annual reporting processes
Providing admin support for projects and Brandon events
Maintaining SharePoint sites for leadership teams
Managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
About you
You’ll have experience supporting senior leaders in a busy environment. You’ll be confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and able to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently. You’ll be a great communicator, highly organised, and committed to delivering high-quality support.
