What you’ll be doing
This role focuses on candidate attraction – delivering smart sourcing strategies, building future pipelines, and continuously improving how we attract talent. You'll bring creativity and flexibility to your approach, using insights and data to drive decisions and improve performance.
Working closely with our Resourcing Business Partner, you’ll be a key player in supporting strategic workforce priorities.
Deliver strategic attraction
- Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract the right candidates
- Use job boards, social media, community outreach, and direct sourcing tools
- Support campaign activity and agency partnerships to boost employer brand visibility
Be agile, creative, and outcome-focused
- Work flexibly and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Bring energy and ideas to every challenge – and see them through to delivery
- Stay focused on results while remaining people-first in your approach
Use data to drive improvements
- Monitor recruitment metrics – candidate quality, source effectiveness, time to hire
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes
- Continuously test, learn, and refine to enhance performance
Champion diversity and inclusion
- Support inclusive attraction strategies that widen access to opportunities
- Build relationships in diverse communities to grow future pipelines
