We’re hiring for a Support Worker in Redruth

Join our team supporting a gentleman moving into his new home in Redruth. He enjoys going for long countryside walks, crafts, music and sensory activities to helping out in the garden in the nice weather. He is close to his family and maintaining his relationships is important.

As a support worker you play a vital role, empowering people to live an active and meaningful life, There is lots of variety and an opportunity to find a role right for you to make a difference, promote independence, and support people to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

Working in our friendly team you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. 

A manual, UK driving licence is required.

  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals. 
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
