We’re hiring for a Waking Night Support Worker in St Agnes 

Become part of our amazing team, supporting 11 people living in four bungalows in one location, with a lovely garden and separate creative and sensory spaces to enjoy.  As well as enjoying their home and being part of everyday living, each person loves getting out in their local communities.

We are looking for people with outstanding values, to provide person-centred, high quality support to people at night Working in our friendly team you’ll be supported in your role from day one.

Your responsibilities: 

  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead 
  • To develop daily living skills. 
  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships 
  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans. 
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals. 
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support

All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service. Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.
