We’re hiring for a Waking Night Support Worker in 

As a support worker you play a vital role, empowering people to live an active and meaningful life, engaging with their local communities, visiting clubs, going to the beach, days out, or simply supporting with their hobbies and interests while at home or to experience new opportunities.

Working in our friendly team you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. 

Full UK Manual Driving License is essential for this role.

Your responsibilities: 

  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead 
  • To develop daily living skills. 
  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships 
  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans. 
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals. 
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
