Job Introduction
We are seeking new permanent Support Workers to join us in West Wickham, BROMLEY. You would ideally be required to live in close proximity to these services.
In order to accept a permanent contract, you would need to have the right to work in the UK and be fully flexible with your hours to work a range of shifts. For these roles
you are required to have previous proven care experience and a full UK driving licence.
This position has a “genuine occupational requirement” covered under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and therefore only applications from males can be considered.
Your skills and relevant work experience could be a great match for our support worker role. The support you provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.

We’re looking for:
- Previous proven care experience
- Hold a full UK manual driving Licence (Essential)

- Your responsibilities:
- To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
- To develop daily living skills.
- Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
- To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
- To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
- Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
- A full, manual driving licence is essential
