Female Support Worker – Adderbury / Chipping Norton / Hook Norton
Salary: £12.71 to £12.87 Per Hour + £60 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota (planned in advance)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to join our teams in Adderbury, Chipping Norton and Hook Norton.

You will support people with learning disabilities and autism to live independently, achieve their goals and enjoy meaningful lives within their local communities. Every day is different, and you’ll play a vital role in helping people build confidence, develop skills and enjoy new experiences.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting people with daily living tasks and personal care
• Encouraging independence and choice
• Supporting people to access the community, attend appointments and enjoy activities
• Promoting wellbeing, dignity and person-centred support
• Working flexibly across shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins

Location Requirements:
• Adderbury – Driver essential
• Hook Norton – Driver essential
• Chipping Norton – Driver preferred

Gender Requirement:
