We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Executive Leadership Team and help us deliver on our purpose.
At Brandon Trust, we’re a charity dedicated to enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to live life to the full. This role is key to making that happen, ensuring our leadership team operates efficiently so we can focus on what matters most: supporting people to live the lives they choose.
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our leadership operations. From managing diaries and coordinating meetings to handling communications and supporting projects, you’ll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities
- Managing diaries, booking meetings, and coordinating schedules
- Organising travel and accommodation, and supporting expense claims
- Handling calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Preparing agendas, minutes, and meeting packs
- Supporting recruitment andannual reporting processesandTrustee correspondence
- Providing admin support for projects and Brandon events
- Maintaining SharePoint sites for leadership teams
- Managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
About You
You’ll bring proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, with a proactive approach to learning new systems.
- Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal, able to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Discreet, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality support that enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
- A collaborative team player who values inclusion, integrity, and continuous improvement
